FUN RUN PARENT SURVEY: Please complete this short survey by Sun, October 13. Since this was the first year doing this event, we’d love your feedback!
IVY SPIRIT WEAR: It’s Spirit Wear Time!! Eagles, get ready to show your school spirit this Fall. Color order forms went home with your child on Friday, October 4 and should be returned to school with your child with payment by Friday, October 18. We are offering a selection of items at a variety of price points starting at $10 in all of the students favorite colors from royal blue to cyber pink and tie dye. We have four tee shirts, two hoodies for children, one hoodie for adults, a 1/4 zip dry-fit long sleeve tee and a beanie hat.
Parent Volunteers, we’d love for you to join the fun and sport one of these styles to the school the next time you are volunteering. It makes it easier for the students find help at an event and it promotes community. All items are available in adult sizes.
All orders are being done via this paper form. No late orders after the 18th will be accepted. Make checks payable to “Ivy Hill PTA” or send exact cash payment in an envelope. Estimated delivery date is the week of November 6th. Please direct questions to Meghann VanderBaan (meg@mkvanderbaan) with the subject line “IVY HILL SPIRIT WEAR QUESTION” and she will get back to you.

REFLECTIONS COMMITTEE: Does your child enjoy art, music, and dance or have an interest in writing, producing films, and taking photos? Then they should join us and have fun unleashing their inner artist with PTA Reflections! This year’s theme, “Look Within”, calls for their own unique interpretation through the arts. Additional information regarding submission guidelines will follow in the coming weeks. Projects will be due Monday, October 28. For inspiration, visit the Reflections virtual art gallery and learn more about prizes and scholarships at PTA.org/Reflections/Awards.
