SPIRIT WEAR: Thank you to all families who ordered spirit wear. The orders were sent home on Thursday, October 16h.

EVERYBODY COUNTS Week is next week! Parent volunteers lead the students through activities to experience what it is like to live with a disability. This is a great way to spend time working with the kids in your child’s classroom. We still need parent volunteers for the following classes:
K (PM) Tazioli/Zingg/Stemler – F 10/24, 1:30-3:30
Gr. 1 Barbanente – Th 10/23, 11:15-12:15
Gr. 4 Born/Lee – Th 10/23, 9:15-11:15
A script will be provided and there are typically 4-5 volunteers who share each presentation. Please contact Jennifer Sadowski (jenjen5757@aol.com) to be added to our volunteer list. Also, a permission slip for 5th grade students went out in backpack mail for the after school special on Friday, 10/24. Please click Here to print out a copy if you didn’t receive it – these are due back by Wed., 10/22. Thanks!
*UPDATE: Thank you for sending in your empty milk jugs for Everybody Counts! Our 2nd graders learning about hearing impairments appreciate your contributions. At this time, we have received enough for our classroom needs next week. Please do not send any more milk containers to school.

HOLIDAY GIFT SHOP : Sat. Dec. 6th, 9:00 am to 11:30 am
Do you have a hobby or home business? Come and sell your products at our popular Holiday Gift shop! Kids and adults love to shop for one-of-a-kind holiday gifts at our seller tables. If you are interested in reserving a table or know someone who would love to show off their crafts or products, please spread the word.
Hey kids! Do you make some amazing gifts that your friends and family love? Have you ever thought about giving a small business a try?! This year, Holiday Gift Shop is going to have a new area for gifts made just by kids! A small fee will get you (and a parent helper) a spot at our “Kid Crafted” table, where you can sell your crafts to the Holiday Gift Shop visitors. Only 10 spots are available for our special kid crafters, so don’t delay. The first ten students to complete their registration will be allowed this cool opportunity. E-mail Kelly Nix for details, kelly.nix630@gmail.com and start building up an inventory!
