PTA HAPPENINGS– October 25 – October 31, 2019

RED RIBBON WEEK: We will be hosting our Red Ribbon Week from October 28 – November 1. The Red Ribbon campaign was established to raise awareness about alcohol, tobacco, drugs, violence and bullying. We would love to have each student participate in the daily activities. Please see the schedule below:

  • Monday – Favorite Sports Team
  • Tuesday – Pajama Day
  • Wednesday – Crazy Hair Day
  • Thursday – Halloween Fun
  • Friday – School Spirit Day

REFLECTIONS COMMITTEE: Does your child enjoy art, music, and dance or have an interest in writing, producing films, and taking photos? Then they should join us and have fun unleashing their inner artist with PTA Reflections! This year’s theme, “Look Within”, calls for their own unique interpretation through the arts. Additional information regarding submission guidelines will follow in the coming weeks. Projects will be due Monday, October 28. For inspiration, visit the Reflections virtual art gallery and learn more about prizes and scholarships at PTA.org/Reflections/Awards.
