PTA Calendar

SPIRIT WEAR: The Ivy Hill Spirit Wear store is OPEN for orders!  Orders are due 10/30 and will arrive at Ivy Hill the week of Nov. 12th.  All orders are completed online. Click here to order: https://ivyhill2018.itemorder.com/sale
Samples will be in the Commons by the end of the week.

REFLECTIONS: There’s still time to participate. Does your child enjoy art, music, and dance or have an interest in writing, producing films, and taking photos? Then they should join us and have fun unleashing their inner artist with PTA Reflections! This year’s theme, “Heroes Around Me,” calls for their own unique interpretation through the arts. Look for a flyer with additional information coming home in your child’s backpack. The Student Entry Form and Rules can be found on the Ivy Hill PTA website here, https://ivyhillpta.org/2018/09/26/reflections-2018/. Projects will be due Monday, October 29.

BOX TOPS & SHOPAROO: We are excited to kick off our Box Tops 4 Education and Shoparoo fundraising programs for the 2018-19 school year! Please watch backpack mail next week for a flyer explaining the programs, special incentives and prizes, and more! Any questions? Contact Jules Motschall (motschallfamily@gmail.com).

3rd-5th GRADE MOVIE NIGHT:  Movie Night @Ivy Hill for 3rd- 5th grade is Friday, November 2nd at 6:30pm.  Bring a sleeping bag and hang out in your PJ’s with your friends.  The students voted and Despicable Me 3 was the winner!  Doors will open at 6:15pm and the movie will start promptly at 6:30pm.  Permission slips were sent home this week and are due Monday, October 29th.  If you’re interested in volunteering and haven’t already signed up, please reach out to Kari Rosczyk (kari.rosczyk@gmail.com).

SAVE THE DATE: Our next PTA Meeting is Tuesday, November 6 @ 7pm. All parents are welcome!
