The Ivy Hill PTA is once again partnering with Scholastic Books to bring you this year’s BOOK FAIR fundraiser!
Scholastic brings a variety of books, many at discounted prices. Stock up on new books to keep the kids reading throughout the school year and over the summer! Students will be able to preview the books, during class, on Tuesday, April 14th. We need volunteers for both the preview day and the Book Fair. The new & gently used book drive is 3/30 – 4/10. 61% of low-income families don’t have books in their homes. Let’s help those families…our goal is to collect 2000 books!
Reuse -A-Shoe program 4/20 – 4/24. Start collecting your old shoes to be be reused and recycled instead of ending up in landfills. Winter boots are not accepted. Please visit http://www.swalco.org/Collections/Shoes/Pages/default.aspx for a complete list of shoes accepted.
